I'm sharing my terrible shopping experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering Shreve & Co. I truly hope you don't fall into the same trap we did. To this day, I still can't believe what happened. BEWARE!!! Do not trust their promotional offers. My husband and I went to an event last year where I bought him an IWC watch. A year later, we still haven't received the additional strap that was promised with the purchase. We've reached out multiple times, stopped by the store, only to be told the store manager wasn't available or simply not in. I was so upset by the constant run-around that it even stopped me from buying diamond earrings there, leading us to Tiffany's instead. It feels like because we purchased from the manager during an event, no one else is able or willing to help us. This complete lack of resolution and accountability is why I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service, hoping to finally get some answers.
Customer: "It's been a year, and we still haven't received the watch strap that was part of a promotional offer when I bought an IWC watch last year. What's going on?" CS Rep: "I'm so sorry to hear about this incredibly frustrating experience. A year is far too long to wait. Can you please provide me with your purchase details and any reference numbers you might have?" Customer: "I've provided them multiple times! We bought it from the store manager at an event, and since then, every time we come in, he's 'not available,' and no one else seems willing or able to help. It's absolutely ridiculous." CS Rep: "I completely understand your frustration, especially after repeated attempts to resolve this. It's unacceptable. I will personally look into this purchase immediately with our management team to understand why this hasn't been fulfilled. We need to get this right for you." Customer: "You say you understand, but I just want the strap we were promised. We went to Tiffany's for earrings because of this mess. What specific steps are you taking right now to get me that strap?" CS Rep: "My immediate step is to escalate this directly to our store director and the watch brand representative to find the exact status of your strap and arrange for its expedited delivery or a suitable replacement.
